About Ernie

To give you a little background on me I guess you could say I have been an autograph collector for some 30 years. I got into the radio business as a disc jockey while in high school and spent some 10 years traveling about working behind the microphone. After radio, I went into the record business as a promoter securing airplay for a national record label. I later formed my own promotion firm whereby being able to represent all the major labels as well as the new smaller labels that pop up from time to time. While traveling about the country and my days in radio & records I learned the real value of autograph collecting. It was from attending various auctions and making healthy profits from many high dollar items that really wet my appetite for autographs as a real solid investment.

As far as this new web site I just recently decided to launch it in February of 2002. Much of what you will find on this site is from my personal collection which I recently decided to make available to the public. Note that many items will appear more costly as they were framed nicer than others due to being once displayed throughout my previous home.

Being pretty much retired from the entertainment business I needed something to do to keep me busy, therefore have decided to get back active with my autographs etc.. Please note that I have sold off many other types of collectibles, but have many others. I will be posting several of these items from time to time as I decide to part with them such as jukeboxes, pinball machines, slot machines, neon advertisements, 45's & 75 rpm records, as well as other items you might find enticing.
